Recreating that clams and soybean milk noodles I had at 吃麵吧Jai Mi Ba last week! 😛

Chicken broth with soy milk as base. Another star ingredient of the dish is to finish with a sprinkle of finely chopped chives instead of scallion (seems like finishing with chives is a thing in Tainan). It definitely adds more flavour to the soup than scallions would 😋
